FOAM SHEET

Foam Sheet is a lightweight, modern foam sheet that is designed to provide superior cushioning for a variety of applications. We manufacture foam sheets in different polymers EVA, Neoprene, EPDM & Nitrile. These sheets are available in a variety of thicknesses from 1mm to 50mm.

FOAM STRIPS WITH ADHESIVE TAPE

Foam Tapes are available as single sided foam tape or double sided foam tape. Applications include gaskets, bonding, sealing and thermal insulation. Foam tapes have a variety of applications including shock absorption, vibration, and sound dampening.

Foam Tape Types: Single Sided Foam Tapes – With only one side of the tape having adhesive, this tape works great for gaskets and protective packaging. It works on uneven surfaces and will expand or reduce in size to ensure the gap is filled. Double Sided Foam Tapes – Adhesive is applied on both sides of the foam. Mainly used for mounting applications also thermal insulation, fastening and gap filling. These tapes are made of EVA foam and can be customized in other polymers too.

FOAM CUTOUT GASKET

A form cut-out gasket is a precision-fabricated seal designed to fill the space between two or more mating surfaces. Cut from sheets of raw material using manufacturing processes like die cutting or CNC routing, it is compressed between flanges or parts to prevent leaks, reduce vibration, and block environmental contaminants. These gaskets can be made as per customers requirement in any thickness as required.

The choice of material determines the gasket’s resistance to heat, pressure, and chemicals: Rubber (NBR/Nitrile, EPDM, Silicone): Highly flexible and compressible; excellent for water, oils, and weathering.
