RUBBER GLAZING

Rubber Glazing is one of the important accessories used in the automobile industry as well as in other industries where glass works are permanently in function. The rubber beading generally is a strip of rubber used along the edges of glasses to provide them support such that the glasses could withstand the jerks and shocks. They are fastened to the windows of automobiles like cars, buses, trucks etc. They are also used as window seals, door seals in residence. The perfect complement to any window trim is rubber beading. The rubber beadings are designed to acquire the shape of the glasses.

RUBBER CORD

SILICONE EXTRUSION

We offer Silicon Rubber Products. It has temperature resistance ability through an enormous range, from sub-Zero to extreme wish, to be more precise from -1000C to3000C. Even at these extreme temperatures, it retains its characteristics flexibility at lower temperatures and tensile strength at higher temperatures, though its overall tensile strength is relatively moderate, it makes up for it with its other features as offering good electric insulation, resistant to degradation by the effects of weather, ozone, sunlight and oxidation.

Manufactured by ASTM- Standard and custom profiles, Rubber tubing, Cords, various rubber door seals and sweeps-seals, E-seals-seals, Rectangles, U-channels and many other custom profiles. The Extrusions are supplied in translucent, transparent, and a wide variety off-color choices for many applications resistance to extreme temperatures and excellent sealing. Durometers range from 10 to 90 Shore A.
